David Reeves
David Reeves, owner and President of Building Specs of S.W. Ohio is currently a certified member of the National Association of Home Inspectors, (NAHI). Mr. Reeves is Past Vice President of the Ohio chapter of NAHI (OC-NAHI) and former board member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). David is also an Ohio licensed Lead Abatement Risk Assessor and certified as a Construction Arbitrator. He completes a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education credits required by the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and annual refresher classes in Construction Arbitration and, every two years, refresher classes in Lead Abatement Risk Assessment.
With an extensive background in building and apartment maintenance and repair, David Supervised the Maintenance Departments of a Realty Trust Company and Property Management Companies for a period of fourteen years. He was professionally trained as a qualified home inspector by Building Specs, Inc. in Stevensville, Maryland.

In recent years Mr. Reeves has volunteered his time and resources in an effort to educate future home buyers on the importance of acquiring a quality home inspection.
He has given educational seminars on home inspections at The Home Ownership Center of Greater Cincinnati, Sibcy Cline Realtors, ReMax and the Better Housing League.
