This course is intended to educate the student as to building practices and code with regards to exterior components such as siding, house wrap, window doors, etc.
The student will gain knowledge on new materials and new methods including moisture control. This course will also introduce the student to new green building practices.

This course is both the entry level student and the experienced professional as it pertains to new building practices. This course will cover common building practices as well as go into depth as to manufactures requirements.

The class will include books, handouts and power point presentation.
