Building Specs offers distance learning for home inspection training.
This course is a compilation of our classroom studies that lets you learn at your own pace at home. The course includes our training manual that covers every aspect of the Home Inspection business. Also included are several comprehensive reference books, our onsite inspection report and our inspection training video. The course includes homework to complete and return to ensure that you are retaining what you read. There is also an exam and inspection report to complete and return. Upon successful completion of the course a certificate is provided.
